Are you ready for bunch of poppin' blocks and mystery boxes to unlock this Easter Celebration at Lucky Chinatown! This pre-registration form is designed to secure your child's spot for Easter Costume Contest and an easter loot bags full of treats and goodies at our exciting Easter event. Please note that while completing this form, it won't guarantee a slot for the "first come, first serve" activities provided by our sponsors, as we still need to verify your attendance on the day of the event (April 20, 10-11am only) to get the Easter kits such as passport, stubs, and wristbands.

Location: Lucky Chinatown, Atrium
Time: 10am - 5pm

Mechanics: 

1. Register at the Lucky Chinatown, Concierge booth, from April 5-19, 2025, from 11am - 7pm only.

2. To qualify, you must present a single or accumulated receipt worth ₱1,000 from any retail or dining establishments in Lucky Chinatown. Receipt/s must be dated from April 1-19, 2025 only. Receipt/s such as bills payment from credit cards, utility bills, and internet receipts are not accepted.

3. Receipts must be validated and signed by the Concierge before uploading on the registration form.

4. Scan the QR code displayed at concierge Booth to register. Complete all the requirements and upload the validated receipt by the Concierge.

5. Children ages 3 to 12 years old are eligible to participate in the contest.

Note that:
6. On-site registration is still required on April 20, from 10am - 11am only.  After the on-site registration, participants may claim their passports, wristbands, and stubs on the day of the event. Please note that adults can only register up to a maximum of one kid with the necessary purchase requirements. You may separately register another kid with new receipt/s.

7. Only one adult or companion is allowed inside the venue with each registered participant.

8. Participants must follow the theme, "Block Buster Easter Bash". Any blind box characters such as Sanrio, Disney, Sonny's Angels, Hirono blind box characters inspired or any Minecraft character inspired costumes is accepted. Participants who do not follow the theme will not be eligible for the “The Ultimate Block-tastic” award.

Note: Props and materials are permitted, provided they are not sharp or hazardous, especially those resembling weapons such as knives or guns. Any revealing costume is prohibited. Please ensure all items are safe for use. Participants are given 20 seconds each to model their costume in character.

9. Three (3) Major prizes winners, 10 Minor Prizes winners and three (3) special awards will be given based on our categories, with prizes and goodies from our sponsors.

Major Awards:
1st Place: ₱10,000 cash prize + ₱5,000 worth of toys 
2nd Place: ₱8,000 cash prize + ₱3,000 worth of toys 
3rd Place: ₱5,000 cash prize + ₱2,000 worth of toys 

Minor Awards:
10 minor awards - ₱2,000 cash prize + ₱1,000 worth of toys

3 Special Awards:
Most Poppin' Costume -  ₱1,000 worth of toys
Most Creative Costume - ₱1,000 worth of toys
Audience Favorite -  ₱1,000 worth of toys

Judging Criteria:
Creativity/Originality - 50%
Stage Presence/Confidence - 30%
Overall Impact - 20%
