Rivermaya, a Filipino alternative rock band, was formed in 1994 and is recognized as one of the pioneering groups in the 1990s Philippine alternative rock scene. The current lineup consists of original members Mark Escueta and Nathan Azarcon, along with the band's longtime guitarist, Mike Elgar. Notable former members include chief songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rico Blanco, as well as vocalist Bamboo Mañalac, who later formed the band Bamboo and pursued a solo career.

Rivermaya is considered one of the top thirty best-selling artists in Philippine history. In October 2023, Live Nation Philippines announced a major reunion concert featuring the classic 1994–1998 lineup of Mañalac, Blanco, Azarcon, and Escueta, marking their first performance together since 1998. The concert took place at the SMDC Festival Grounds in Parañaque on February 17, 2024, and received acclaim from both fans and critics.
