Geisler embarked on his show business journey as a child actor in 1994, when he auditioned for the popular variety kiddie/teen show, Ang TV, in his hometown of Pampanga. Several years later, he officially joined ABS-CBN's roster of up-and-coming talents as part of the prestigious Star Circle Batch 5 in 1997.

Geisler was recognized as one of the network's most promising young stars, alongside John Lloyd Cruz and Marc Solis, forming the teen boy trio "Koolits." During this time, he was paired with Kristine Hermosa.

Geisler credits veteran Filipino actor Johnny Delgado as a major influence on his acting career. In his teenage years, Geisler was part of various loveteams, most notably with his ex-girlfriend Jodi Sta. Maria in the popular youth-oriented TV series Tabing Ilog.
